Psg88 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using psg88's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below. This document applies to all users of the psg88 platform in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the psg88 platform — including the website, mobile application, or related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions contained in this document, as well as Privacy Policy psg88.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the psg88 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be considered as your acceptance of those changes.
The psg88 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. psg88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that cannot verify its eligibility.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on psg88. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether with or without your knowledge — is your responsibility, unless the unauthorised use was caused by negligence on the part of psg88.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised or your password has been exposed, you must notify psg88 immediately through the provided support channels. psg88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account if fail to report the matter promptly.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Psg88 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the psg88 platform:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, manipulation, or attempts to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without psg88's written authorisation.
- Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.
- Attempting to bypass, damage, or interfere with the security systems or technical functions of the psg88 platform.
- Circumventing betting limits, deposit limits, or any restrictions imposed on your account through unauthorised means.
- Using illegally obtained funds to make deposits or conduct transactions on psg88.
Any breach of the above rules entitles psg88 to immediately suspend or terminate the user's account, withold the account balance pending investigation, and pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the psg88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). psg88 does not apply any foreign currency conversion fees for standard transactions made using supported local Malaysian payment methods.
Deposits made by users are final once confirmed by the psg88 system. Requests to reverse a deposit after confirmation will not be processed unless a verifiable technical error occurred. Users are responsible for ensuring that their bank account or digital wallet details are correct before making a deposit.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to account verification requirements. psg88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above certain limits, as part of its anti-money laundering measures. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may take up to three business days in certain cases.
Psg88 is not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or third-party financial service providers in connection with your transactions.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Psg88 Liability Limits
Psg88 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure continuous platform availability, psg88 does not guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical failures. psg88 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including missed betting opportunities due to unforeseeable system disruptions.
Psg88's total liability to any user, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty days preceding the relevant claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Psg88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, inaccurate registration information, or at the request of relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to a policy violation, the account balance may be withheld pending internal investigation. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through psg88 customer support.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the psg88 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, user interfaces, icons, and software code — is the property of psg88 or its relevant licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from psg88.
Links to Third-Party Services
The psg88 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and sports data suppliers. psg88 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Psg88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through the applicable procedures under Malaysian jurisdiction.
